All advertisers agree that they are the owner of the property listed on ShortSteals.com, or have legal binding authority to represent owner of said property per affirmations at the time of listing on this Website. Prospective and actual buyers may search the Website for available property at no charge. If you are a Seller, or a legally authorized agent, by submitting your Property’s information, you agree and consent to the placement of information about the Property on the Website, subject to our Privacy Policy and our Agreement. ShortSteals.com reserves the right to reject, suspend, and/or terminate, any Property advertisement submitted by a Seller or Authorized Agent for any reason, including but not limited to, (a) a determination that the Property advertisement violates this Agreement or any of our policies; (b) the Sellers failure to pay amounts owing to ShortSteals.com; (c) fraudulent statements or affirmations of Property advertisements.

4. Content Requirements. To assure the value of ShortSteals.com services, you agree that all of the information you have provided to ShortSteals.com, whether online or otherwise, is accurate and complete. Sellers shall be responsible for preparing and submitting the Property advertisement, and shall be solely liable for assuring that such advertisements are accurate, and comply with all applicable State and Federal Laws, and our Terms of Use. 18. Dispute Resolution. If a dispute arises between you and ShortSteals.com, you and ShortSteals.com agree that we will resolve any claim or controversy at law or equity that arises out of this Agreement or our services (a “Claim”) in a Binding non-appearance-based arbitration. Furthermore, all unclear, unspecified, and otherwise un-addressed arguments within this Agreement- for claims in arbitration- shall err and benefit, on the side of ShortSteals.com.

19. Support. ShortSteals.com will provide consultation, and support to Individual Sellers on a limited basis, unless otherwise contracted. Individual Seller agrees- that upon location of buyer- ShortSteals.com will contact you to assign a sellers AGENT. If the buyer does not have a buyers agent- you agree that the Sellers Agent will move into a position of TRANSACTION BROKER- Under the laws of the State of FLorida. Additionally, you agree to empower ShortSteals.com, and/or it's representatives- to act as a "debt negotiator"- in order to facilitate the short sale of the listed property.
